The prize is open to New Zealand citizens or residents aged 18 years or over who have the right to work and travel within New Zealand. Please note that Solatube installation services are not available in the Gisborne region. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full eligibility criteria.

The winner will be notified by either or both phone or email. If they do not respond within three business days of attempted contact, the prize will be reallocated and a new prize winner will be drawn.

Who Can Enter This Promotion
The Promotion is open only to New Zealand residents who:

Are living in New Zealand during the Promotion Period;

Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;

Have purchased and paid in full for an order containing at least one eligible About Health Supplements product, excluding Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s), directly from About Health at www.abouthealth.co.nz or via 0800 999 309 facilitated by a Sales Agent during the Promotion Period. Orders consisting solely of third-party products and/or products from the Health Accessories range are not eligible; and

Have an eligible residential property located within New Zealand where Solatube installation services are available. Properties located within the Gisborne region are excluded from installation under this Promotion.

Who Cannot Enter This Promotion
Employees, contractors, and directors of the Promoter, About Health Supplements Limited, related entities of the Promoter, authorised licensees, agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

“Immediate families” includes spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling, whether natural or adopted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Promotion Period
Start: 12.00am NZT on 1 September 2026

End: 11.59pm NZT on 30 September 2026

Entries received outside this period will be deemed invalid.

How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period, purchase and pay in full for an order containing at least one eligible About Health Supplements product directly from About Health Supplements, online at www.abouthealth.co.nz or via 0800 999 309 facilitated by a Sales Agent. This may be in the form of a one-time purchase or a Subscription order. Purchases of Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s) are excluded. Orders consisting solely of third-party products and/or products from the Health Accessories range are not eligible. An order containing at least one eligible About Health Supplements product will qualify even if third-party products and/or Health Accessories are also included in the same order.

Each eligible one-time About Health Supplements order provides one (1) automatic entry into the Promotion.

Each eligible new Subscription Order activated during the Promotion Period provides two (2) automatic entries into the Promotion.

There is no limit to the number of entries for each eligible entrant, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying About Health Supplements purchase.

A qualifying entry is a one-off order or new Subscription Order activated during the Promotion Period that contains at least one eligible About Health Supplements product, excluding Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s). Orders consisting solely of third-party products and/or products from the Health Accessories range do not qualify. Mixed orders containing at least one eligible About Health Supplements product together with third-party products and/or Health Accessories will qualify.

Cancelled, refunded or unpaid purchases will be ineligible for entry. Purchases that claim a refund under the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee are also ineligible for entry.

Entrants will be notified that entry into the Promotion occurs automatically as part of the qualifying purchase through promotional material, sales documentation or confirmation communications, including email.

Eligible purchasers may opt out of the Promotion by contacting the Promoter at info@abouthealth.co.nz. If a purchaser opts out, the purchaser will not be entered into the Promotion and the purchaser’s personal information will not be used for Promotion administration purposes. Opting out will not affect the customer’s purchase or delivery of About Health Supplements products.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all purchases and entries.

Draw Date
The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries on:

8 October 2026 (NZT)

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office or another location nominated by the Promoter.

Winner Notification
The Promoter will notify the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within three (3) business days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur under the same conditions.

This process will continue until a winner is successfully contacted.

Prize
The prize consists of:

One (1) Solatube 160DS Daylighting System;

Standard installation of the Solatube 160DS Daylighting System at the winner’s nominated eligible residential property located within New Zealand, excluding the Gisborne region; and

An initial consultation and site assessment by an authorised Solatube representative where required.

The actual prize value may vary depending on the installation location and site requirements.

Prize Conditions
The prize must be redeemed and installed within twelve (12) months of the date on which the winner is drawn, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

Installation is available only at eligible residential properties located within New Zealand where Solatube installation services are available.

Properties located within the Gisborne region are excluded from this Promotion and are not eligible for installation.

The winner must permit a site assessment to be completed before installation can proceed.

The prize includes the supply and standard installation of one (1) Solatube DS Daylighting System only.

Any non-standard installation requirements, structural modifications, electrical work, scaffolding, travel surcharges, council consents, optional accessories or other additional works identified during the site assessment are not included in the prize and may be quoted separately at the winner’s expense.

Installation dates are subject to installer availability, site suitability and weather conditions.

If the nominated property is unsuitable for standard installation, or installation cannot proceed safely or lawfully, the Promoter may require the winner to nominate another eligible property, subject to approval.

The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be changed or customised, except where agreed in writing by the Promoter.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If the winner is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at its discretion.

Prize Collection and Installation
The winner must comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the Promoter, Solatube representatives, authorised installers and other service providers involved in assessing, coordinating and delivering the prize. This includes responding to prize notifications within required timeframes, providing accurate contact and property information, supplying requested identification or documentation, permitting a site assessment, and complying with installation scheduling and site-access requirements.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize or delay or unavailability of the installation. If the prize is forfeited, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Publicity
If you are the winner, you may be asked to take part in reasonable promotional activity, such as photos or short interviews. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using the winner’s name and general location, such as city or region, for promotional and publicity purposes, and to being filmed, photographed and/or interviewed. The winner grants the Promoter and its related companies the right to use, reproduce and publish that material for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion, in any media, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Other Terms and Conditions of Entry
Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, residency, purchase and eligibility.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

If a winner is found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be withdrawn even after announcement.

Privacy
When you purchase an eligible About Health Supplements product directly from About Health Supplements during the Promotion Period, you will automatically be entered into this Promotion unless you choose to opt out.

To administer the Promotion, personal information such as your name, contact details and purchase information will be collected at the point of sale by About Health Supplements online channels, Phone Representatives and/or other About Health Supplements employees, and provided to About Health Supplements Limited, which passes it to the Promoter.

The Promoter will use this information to:

Confirm your eligibility;

Conduct the prize draw and any redraw;

Contact the winner; and

Administer, coordinate and deliver the prize consultation, site assessment and installation.

The Promoter may share your information with Solatube distributors, authorised installers, contractors and other service providers involved in assessing, coordinating and delivering the prize. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in a manner consistent with New Zealand privacy law.

Information obtained for the purpose of the Promotion may be used for marketing purposes as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable terms and conditions.

You have the right to access and correct your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

Liability
Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Promoter, About Health Supplements Limited, authorised About Health Supplements employees and contractors, Solatube representatives, authorised installers and other service providers involved in administering or delivering the Promotion and prize will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with:

Participation in the Promotion;

Acceptance or use of the prize; or

Any delay or failure in prize delivery or installation.

The prize includes goods and installation services supplied by third-party providers. Those goods and services are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider. The winner is responsible for providing accurate property information, safe and reasonable site access, and compliance with any requirements not expressly included in the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

Force Majeure
If for any reason the Promotion is unable to run as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including system failure, fraud, technical issues, supply constraints, installer unavailability, severe weather or other external events, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Tax
Any tax implications arising from winning the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
