Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on our site are in New Zealand dollars and include freight and GST within New Zealand. International orders incur a variable freight charge (advertised at time of transaction), depending on the destination. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of About Health. About Health guarantees its stipulated prices except in such situations as typographical / printing error or errors caused by unauthorized third-party amendments to our site.

To process orders we require the following details: your name, postal address, contact email address and telephone number together with your preferred payment method.

Payment

We currently accept the following credit cards. No credit card details are ever stored on About Health’s servers. All website transactions are processed though “DPS” secure payment gateway.

The total cost of your order will be directly charged to your nominated credit card either upon completion of the online payment screen or upon receipt of your order by / phone / post /internet banking.

Delivery

About Health delivers nationwide and internationally. All items are well packaged for safe delivery. Prices stipulated on our site include postage and packaging within New Zealand. An extra freight charge applies to all international orders, this will be advertised at time of sale. Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 1-3 working days (rural deliveries may take longer), Australian orders are generally 4-7 working days. Other International delivery times depend on the destination.

About Health guarantees delivery in New Zealand [and worldwide], so long as our conditions of trade have been met, the address details are correct and About Health’s agents personnel and / or property will not be endangered by delivering to the destination (as solely determined by About Health or About Health’s agents). We reserve the right to refund the purchase price (and any delivery charge) rather than send / resend an item in the instance where an item is lost or, in our sole opinion, the destination is unreliable and / or unsafe to our About Health’s agents personnel and / or property for whatever reason.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery in the instance that we believe (at our sole discretion) payment may be dishonoured (due to credit card / internet fraud or the like) at any time where we suspect a default or fraud.

Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct delivery address as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. In such instances where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the item.

All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours as such we cannot usually stop a delivery after this time.

Returns

About Health offers a full money back or replacement guarantee if you are dissatisfied with our products in any way. To qualify you must return to us all unused product and containers and the receipt you will have received with your order back to our specified location. Our guarantee extends to only the most recent order you placed with us. The guarantee is only provided to individuals (who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met (or if we determine (at our sole discretion) that a request for a refund is part of an orchestrated campaign to abuse our refund policy).

Security

Our website is a secure shopping environment. About Health retains no credit card details. Website transactions use “DPS” for secure credit card processing.

Ownership of all the intellectual property elements of About Health, our Site and our products remain with About Health at all times unless stipulated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any notice and at our full discretion. By accepting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you agree to be and are bound by any future changes to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to familiarise yourself with our current version of our Terms and Conditions.

Use of Personal Data

About Health would like to be able to inform our customers of our latest news / offers. By providing your email address you are providing your consent to receive future emails from us informing you of such news / offers. Our emails will ensure that if you do not wish to receive any further correspondence from About Health, you will be able to ‘opt out’ at any time.

Subscription "Best Price Guarantee"

Our 'Best Price Guarantee' is available only to those who remain a part of the About Health subscription service. Best Price Guarantee means that you will always get the best price, even if our prices need to rise due to increased ingredient costs.

(a) You will be informed with two months notice of an increase in price, and an explanation will be given;

(b) You will be informed of any deletions of products with alternatives offered;

(c) You will be able to terminate your subscription at any time;

(d) Leaving the subscription and then starting again will not give you the same price as the prior subscription;

(e) We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions of our subscription at any time.

Promotion and Offers

Promotions, deals or offers can never be used in conjunction with each other. About Health has the right to make changes to or terminate an offer, promotion or deal at any time.

(a) GIFT10 10% off and a free gift with a customer's first purchase is only valid for first-time customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or promo code.

(b) TVGUIDE offer is only valid for first time customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or promo code. This offer is valid until 31 December 2025 NZT.

Who Can Enter This Promotion

The Promotion is open only to New Zealand residents who:

• Are living in New Zealand during the Promotion Period;
• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; and
• Have purchased and paid in full for About Health product(s) (excluding Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s)) directly from About Health (www.abouthealth.co.nz or via 0800 999 309 facilitated by a Sales Agent) during the Promotion Period.

Who Cannot Enter This Promotion

Employees, contractors, and directors of the Promoter, About Health Supplements Limited, related entities of the Promoter, authorised licensees, agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

“Immediate families” includes spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted).

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Promotion Period

Start: 12.00am NZT on 05 March 2026

End: 11.59pm NZT on 30 April 2026

Entries received outside this period will be deemed invalid.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must during the Promotion Period:

Purchase and pay in full for one or more About Health Supplements products from About Health Supplements directly (online at www.abouthealth.co.nz or via 0800 999 309 facilitated by a Sales Agent). This excludes the Purchase of
Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s).

Each eligible About Health Supplements order provides one (1) automatic entry into the Promotion.

There is no limit to the number of entries for each eligible entrant, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying About Health Supplements purchase.

A qualified entry is a one-off Product purchase of any About Health Supplements product (excluding Herbal Ignite by Intenza product(s)) or a new Subscription Order activated during the Promotional Period.

Cancelled, refunded or unpaid purchases will be ineligible for entry. Purchases that claim a refund under the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee are also ineligible for entry.

Entrants will be notified that entry into the Promotion occurs automatically as part of the qualifying purchase through promotional material, sales documentation, or any other confirmation communications, including but not limited to email.

Eligible purchasers of an About Health Supplements product may opt out of the Promotion by contacting the Promoter at info@abouthealth.co.nz. If a purchaser opts out of the Promotion, they will not be entered into the Promotion and their personal information will not be used for Promotion administration purposes. Opting out will not affect the customer’s purchase or delivery of About Health Supplements products.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all purchases and entries.

Draw Date

The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries on:

8 May 2026 (NZT)

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office or another location nominated by the Promoter.

Winner Notification

The Promoter will notify the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry. 

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within three (3) business days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur under the same conditions.

This process will continue until a winner is successfully contacted.

Prize

The prize consists of:

• Return economy flights for two (2) adults from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch (as selected by the winner, subject to airline availability). Flights will be booked by the Promoter (or its appointed travel provider) and may include stopovers;
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation at a 5-star hotel located in Queenstown, New Zealand. The specific hotel will be selected by the Promoter or Travel Agent and is subject to availability at the time of booking;
• NZD $250 spending money, to be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account. This component of the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Total prize
value is up to NZD $4,000.00 (including NZD $250 spending money). The actual value may vary depending on travel dates, availability and the departure city.

Prize Conditions 

• Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the date on which the winner is drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
• Travel dates are subject to airline and accommodation availability.
• Bookings must be requested and confirmed at least sixty (60) days prior to the intended departure date, and are subject to confirmation by the Promoter or its appointed travel provider.
• Blackout periods apply and include Australian and New Zealand school holiday periods, public holidays, and the period 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
• Travel and accommodation bookings will be coordinated by a travel provider appointed by the Promoter, or by the Promoter.
• All bookings are subject to the travel provider or Promoter’s terms and conditions, including availability and booking requirements, and the Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the travel provider or other third-party suppliers.
• The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be changed or customised.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Any costs not expressly included (including but not limited to travel insurance, passports, visas, taxes, meals, spending money, activities or upgrades) are the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner and their travel companion must hold valid passports at the time of travel and must satisfy all applicable entry, visa and travel requirements.
• If the winner is unable to take the prize due to legal incapacity or other reasons, the prize may be transferred to another person with the legal ability to travel, who meets the eligibility criteria in these Terms and Conditions, subject to the Promoter’s approval.

Prize collection

The winner must comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the Promoter and any travel provider appointed by the Promoter regarding prize booking, travel arrangements and redemption. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to prize notifications within required timeframes, providing accurate personal and travel information, supplying any requested documentation (including identification and passport details), and complying with booking deadlines and supplier requirements.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize or the unavailability of preferred travel or accommodation dates. If the prize is forfeited, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Publicity

If you are the winner, you may be asked to take part in reasonable promotional activity (such as photos or short
interviews). By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name and general location (such as city or region) for promotional and publicity purposes, and to being filmed, photographed and/or interviewed and
grants the Promoter and its related companies the right to use, reproduce and publish that material for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion, in any media, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Other terms and conditions of entry

• Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be
  entered into.
• The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, residency and eligibility.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or breaches these Terms.
• If a winner is found not to have complied with these Terms, the prize may be withdrawn even after announcement.

Privacy

When you purchase an About Health Supplements product from About Health Supplements directly during the Promotion Period, you will automatically be entered into this Promotion (unless you choose to opt out).

To administer the Promotion, personal information such as your name, contact details and purchase information will be collected at the point of sale by About Health Supplements online channels, Phone Representatives and/or any other employee of About Health Supplements, and provided to About Health Supplements Limited, which passes it to the Promoter.

The Promoter will use this information to:

• confirm your eligibility;
• conduct the prize draw (and any redraw);
• contact the winner; and
• arrange travel bookings and deliver the prize.

The Promoter may share your information with travel providers and other service providers involved in delivering the prize. Some of these providers may be located outside New Zealand. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in a manner consistent with New Zealand privacy law.

Information obtained for the purpose of the Promotion will be used for marketing purposes as outlined in the Promoter’s
Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to access and correct your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

Liability

Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Promoter, About Health Supplements Limited, authorised About Health Supplements employees and contractors, and the appointed travel agency involved in administering or delivering the Promotion and the prize will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with:

• Participation in the Promotion;
• Acceptance or use of the prize; or
• Any delay or failure in prize delivery.

The prize includes travel, accommodation or other services supplied by third-party providers. Those services are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider. The winner is responsible for all insurance, travel documentation and compliance with applicable requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

Force majeure

If for any reason the Promotion is unable to run as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control (including
system failure, fraud, technical issues or external events), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

Tax

Any tax implications arising from winning the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
