Why We Love It:
Carrots are rich in carotenoids and a source of vitamin A and potassium, making them a bright, nutrient-dense base for any juice. Apples bring a fresh, crisp sweetness along with naturally occurring antioxidants. Pineapple offers a tropical touch and contains a range of antioxidant compounds and naturally occurring enzymes that can support digestion. Celery contributes a light, refreshing flavour and is a source of essential vitamins and minerals. Ginger adds a gentle heat and has traditionally been used to support digestion and circulation. Turmeric, especially when combined with a pinch of pepper (which contains piperine), can help support general wellness and vitality. Lemon adds brightness and is naturally high in vitamin C—perfect for a morning refresh.
This juice is a vibrant way to start your day and a simple way to include more plant-based nutrients in your routine.
