I had been taking supplements (both not from About Health and About Health products) but regardless have had 2 full head colds in 6 weeks that have been hard to shake, was tired and just not functioning well physically. I knew my immune system was struggling for a number of reasons; work, study, stress, illness in another family member and other 'life' events that can happen to us all at times. Deciding to risk some of my limited budget on this product I have been taking it for a week and there is huge improvement in how I feel. My 'head cold and blocked sinuses' started to clear within days and its the best I have felt for some time. While hard to explain it is not mind over matter. I can only recommend without reservation. Maybe its not the cure in and of itself but it sure gives your body a boost and the support to allow your body to cure itself.
