I've been using Oli-Resist for many years and felt that, combined with high-dose Ester-C, I was benefiting by getting greater resistance to colds and flu. The last two winters I've played around with dosages to see what impact that might have. I've discovered that with a base level of 2 tablets twice daily (morning and late evening) rising to 2 tablets three times a day, whenever I get a slight sniffle or a tickle in the back of my throat, I can get right through the winter without getting sick from any ills and chills. Oli-Resist get's it done.
