Ordering, Payment and Returns
- What is your returns and refunds policy?
At About Health, we stand behind everything we sell. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products, we will happily refund your money in full, no questions asked. All we do ask is that you please return the product, whether unused and/or partially used, along with the receipt which accompanied your order.
Please note: Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the month, following the return of the product.
- Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, international orders are available online and payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club Card.
- Can I pay by Internet banking?
Yes, while we prefer that you pay with Visa, MasterCard or Diner Club Card, we accept that this is not always possible. We are happy to accept your Internet banking payment. Our account details are:

- I don’t have a credit card, can I pay by cheque or money order?
Yes, simply make your cheque out to About Health and send your payment to the address below. We also accept NZ Post money orders.

- What are your delivery times?
For New Zealand residential addresses please allow 2-3 working days. Rural delivery may take slightly longer.
Australia 4-7 working days.
International delivery times can vary, so please allow 10-14 days.
- I would like to be a distributor for About Health, how do I organise this?
Thank you for your enquiry. At this stage we are not setup for wholesale supply. Please contact us to leave your details as this may change in the future.
- Can I pay by AMEX?
No sorry, at present we do not accept payment by American Express. If you do not have a Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club Card, we also accept payment by cheque, NZ POST money order and Internet banking (please see FAQ above for these details).
